1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
1.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 3 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund unless under exceptional circumstances.
1.2 Special Event & Peak Season Bookings
- During peak seasons, holiday periods, or special events, all bookings are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
- If refunds are considered, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the check-in date and will be subject to review.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Request Procedure
- To request a refund, guests must submit a cancellation request via email to manigukan@gmail.com or through the official booking platform.
- Refund requests must include the booking reference number, guest name, and reason for cancellation.
- Refund requests will only be processed for bookings made directly through our official website or authorized partners.
2.2 Processing Time & Method
- Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 3 business days from the date of the cancellation request approval.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
2.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- Processing fees and administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Any discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes used in the booking are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
3. Modification & Early Check-out Policy
3.1 Reservation Modifications
- Guests may request to modify their reservation (e.g., change of dates, room type) 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- Modifications may be subject to additional charges based on rate differences.
- If a modification results in a lower total booking cost, the difference may not be refunded.
3.2 Early Check-out Policy
- Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date may not be eligible for refunds for the unused nights unless under exceptional circumstances.
- In cases of emergencies or special considerations, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
- AKG Lodge is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, health emergencies, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
- In such cases, guests may be offered a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a refund, at our discretion.
